Default intake manifold ID

I ran across this at Hershey, I couldn't resist buying it. I NEVER SAW A MANIFOLD LIKE IT! The carburetor is of course a Tilson, after market Model A carburetor, known to run better, with more power than a Zenith, also getting better gas mileage. I'm thinking of trying it on my 21 T model Ford. Does anyone know the history of this manifold?

There were a few aftermarket T carbs that came with an intake like that, like Mayer was one brand.
