Default need some pix of 36 coupe rear window roller shade

I need some good pix of an installed rear window roller shade and all the attachment points for the guide strings and snap fastener closure.
I'm told LeB&B has some of the parts needed, but I need some good shots of the real thing so I can install it just once, correctly.

Can any of you Barners help me out?
Thanks all!

John, There are no guide string on the Ford rear window curtains. There are 3 points of attachment..the 2 window roller brackets and the shade snap pin. Here are some images that might help.

What was the reason for rear window shades in old Fords anyway? I checked the EFV8 1937 Ford book, but there was no mention of why the cars had a window shade. Make up for the lack of A/C?

Well I finally got some mounting brackets for a roller shade. Can anyone tell me where I can find the roller portion that will work correctly?

Most likely the rear shade was to prevent glare at night (believe it or not) If you ever drive one of these cars at night, you will see what I mean.

I have attached a couple pix of the original rear window shade in my '36 coupe. As it can be noted in the pix, the leading endge which has been exposed to the sun is a little the worse for wear, however, the blind still works good.
