My car has a dash mounted vacuum wiper switch. Where can I get a new one?

Model A's did not have a dash mounted vacuum wiper switch, so without more information it would be hard to point you in the right direction. I would suggest pulling it out and seeing what info is on it. Taking it to a "GOOD" auto parts store like NAPA, check their catalogs, they should still have counter catalogs. Posting some photos here, someone might know what it would have been from and fits.
