My rail V8-60 & I were developed in the same year - 1940...& it was pass magnaflux tests better than I!!! btw 2011, take away 1940--my 2nd grade math tells me I'm 71.

Turn 75 in June. Still futzing with Fords, and enjoy driving in vintage road races.

Well,I just turned 34... I feel like I'm out of the loop...What would our love of hotrods and the flathead be without knowledge that is passed on from generation to generation? There's nothing I like more than to recieve advice and information from people who have "been there done that".I'm starting my first rebuild of my late grandpas 51 flathead and the info I've recieved here is extremely valuable and well appreciated,so thank all of you out there who genuinely care about preserving the past and passing on your knowledge...Thank you

I'll be 45 this year. Married for 6 years, 20 years at same company. Had my "A" since 2001 and my V8 since 2004.

Curleeman, you aren't out of the loop. You are the new loop. We really need guys like you to carry on this great hobby. Yeah, there are a lot of old farts like me, age 80, but it is the new guys that will keep this going. Hope you like the Fordbarn and stick with us.
