Are there two different sizes of the steering column support spacer?

there is only one for the Model A, used on the early Victoria`s. but there is another one out there, after market used on some V8`s it is smaller in size. and it is not flat on the face side like the original ones |

Yes, see Steve's Fig 22. (If this is the type of spacer you are talking about). I found his out when I tried to put one of these on both my rigs. One went on easy, the other took some work.

At one these pieces were reproduced. Brattons and I imagine other vendors carried them. You may want to call Walt Bratton to see what he knows about them. I think he works one day a week at the store. Regards, Dave |
