54 Customline tudor quarter window r/r

Hi; I just purchased my Customline and need to replace the quarter window on the driver's side. I have the rear seat out and the interior, upholstered side panel removed. How does the glass attach to the regulator? if I roll it up or down it doesn't come into view. I don't want to damage any other parts if I don't need to! Thank you
