Default 41-48 heater installation.

Anyone have a copy of the installation manual for these heaters? I figure since I have the holes in the firewall, and the parts I may as well put the heater back in.

If not a manual, pics showing hose routing and control mounting and wiring on the inside? Or ideally all of the above.....I know, I don't ask for much do I?
