Default Tremec T5 in a 1950 Ford car

I'm putting the Speedway Motors Tremec T5 trans conversion kit in a 1950 Ford car. Has anyone done this?
*What crossmember can be used? ( Jamco has one that works with a TH350 )
*How is the 1950 clutch linkage adapted to work with the 1948 design?
*I've got the new drive shaft yoke, will the driveshaft need to be shortened?
Thank you for any replies,
Andy
