Not a Ford, but the old guy that built it called it a Doodlebug. I think it's a Chevy because of the radiator cap and seems to be only running on one cylinder.

Engine looks like a big, old cast-iron Briggs, like those found on old Planet Jr. cultivators. One-lunger.
