Not Model T but of the early teens period. The same manufacturer made a similar switch for a 1915-1916 Model T, but these were single units-similar to the one on the bottom left, but not quite the same. The two "twin" units (top of photo) you have are unusual. These could be used for a variety of cars from the teens through very early 1920s.
