Default Can Not Use Clutch (Medical Issue?

Still hoping to build a 60-75 HP A motor, but I am not able to use a clutch peddle any more. Medical issue with my leg.

I know it sounds out of the park but I have to ask. Is there any automatic to Ford A motor adapters out there to run a Ford C4 or a Chevy PG trans. I know all the in's and out's of an automatic trans and HP issue, but it will be a cruiser only for around town. Thanks for any ideas.

We used the company in the earlier post. We went with the A4LD rather than the C4 because it gives you overdrive. They were great to work with and the installation went very well with their kit.

I would think it would be easier to make a vacuum operated clutch

I have friends with Chrysler 904 transes in their A's. They run hill climbs with them and they work well. One comment, use a heavy-duty flex plate. Big 4 cylinders like ours are hard on parts.

Hand-clutch lever attached to shifter lever with cable (or even hydraulic) linkage ala motorcycle.
