Re: V8 Emblem
I bought several of them years ago, in case I wanted to use them on my projects. only problem is the project is still not done.

Re: V8 Emblem
A friend gave me one. He thought it was old. It is on the box fan on my engine test stand.

Re: V8 Emblem
It is bit strange, but I had to have a couple of them when they were first available. No reason, nothing to really use them for, just had to have them!

Re: V8 Emblem
Yeah we get Ford "Exploders" here and I have seen those bagdes on the v8 models. I might make an enquiry at the local dealership to see what they are worth.

Re: V8 Emblem
My boss was getting rid of his Explorer and he gave it to me. Mine has a little bow to it. I took it it off the tailgate and it wasn’t quite flat......Mark

Re: V8 Emblem
They are curved to fit the contour of the body.

Re: V8 Emblem
Purchased mine in 2005 and its the same part number. Cost was $12 back then. Since my '38 has a '39 grill I wanted to use the new emblem to celebrate the '38 grill that has a large V8 badge.

Re: V8 Emblem
Here is my V8 emblem it is mounted on my 32 as a radiator cap ornament held by a Goddess. I copied Bob Drakes Statue and story when I made it all.
