Default Light switch help needed ?

Hello,
I have rebuilt and installed my 1929 7 tooth steering column and when the light switch is off it is in the 9 oclock position, What do I do to get it back in the 6 oclock position as it was before rebuild ?

The "spider" needs to be turned 90 degrees from where it is presently located. Remove the headlight switch. Push the "spider" up and remove the clip. Remove the spider. Turn the spider 90 degrees and re-install the clip and switch. Luck......
