Loctite for pressure plate finger adjusting nuts
I am wondering how many Model A folks use Loctite to lock down pressure plate finger adjustment nuts instead of staking the nuts and if any of you have had any problems with this method. Also which is the best formula of Loctite to use (number and color)

I use Loctite on all fasteners. there is one for every application. I would recommend the red that needs heat to undo.

There is also a green version that will wick into the threads after you get it adjusted right. I think it's the same strength as the red.

That's # 290, a favourite of mine. Assemble everything, adjust if necessary, then apply the loctite. Nothing could be easier.
