Default 31 Roadster Wiring and Stanchions

Progressing nicely with the reassembly of my Canadian built 31 roadster but I have a couple of questions that maybe someone can help with.
1. What is the proper routing for the wiring going to the right headlight? I don't see any clips along the bottom of the rad and don't know if it goes above or below the rad outlet. Don't want my fan and the wiring to get too friendly.
2. Has anyone successfully removed and reinstalled the Stanchion Post Liner. A couple of the cage nuts in my stanchions need to be replaced and I can't see any other way to do it. It appears that the liners are tack welded to the stanchions in at least one spot.
3. Not important but just a matter of curiosity. I was polishing the stainless top supports/grab handles and I see the letters SN or NS stamped into the back of each one. I assume it stands for the maker's name. Anybody else seen this?

I bought new stanchions and the liners were glued in. I removed them and had the lower cone and liner tig spot welded with stainless rod. I buffed them and they turned out well.

You could use a dremel with a cut off disc to remove the liner.
