Default Briggs Body Tag

I'm getting a friend's 1928 Phaeton ready to sell, it was his dad's and been sitting for awhile. Nothing major to do, but a lot of basic maintenance and cleaning.

As near as I can tell based on the Standards, the car is pretty accurate for the timeframe of the engine number. Couple little detail things though:

There is a Briggs body tag on the firewall - I didn't think Briggs made any of the Phaeton bodies.

The engine number stamped in the usual pace matches the title number, A325876 which would be for an August 1928 engine. There is another number, 147, stamped below the boss. Any idea what that might be?
