Another load-a-matic day at Bubbas , Had shorted lead wire under point plate , these are a bear to take apart with the press fit gear and staked drive pin etc...BUT clean up really well!!!!

Bubba could you post a photo of just the lead wire?? I wonder what the two ends look like.

Bubba, that wire went bad in mine & when taken apart we found it had worn thru & some fool coated it with silicone.....instead of replacing it...yikes, some people.
Hope yer do'n well....a friend has gone down to 2 days a week....keep on keep'n on.

will do , i have a new box of oem leads .......give me a day or two.....

Here ya go , i just got to the parts box with the new leads in it . A nos one ( not that anyone cares , its all the same at 35mph rbg.... and a new one note that the lead has a little ledge on it to prevent spinning.....
