On the HAMB so far I am a lurker, though I may have registered years ago. I LOVE the ANTIQUATED part, pics of times past, also the Linda Vaughn and Trophy Girl threads .

I have my present 40 pickup build on there, my 32 5-window build, trips to Bonneville, LA Roadster show, lone star roundup, Pueblo CO NSRA Nats. Yeah, you can get flamed every once in awhile but that is a small price to pay for the great info, craftsmanship, ideas. I am so much in awe of a lot of these guys it’s just a joy to watch the many builds unfold I feel like a babe in the woods!

I found antique car window guy Chris Blatty over there at H.A.M.B. and the guy named "FLOP" is the metal working god. He has brought some rusty stuff back to life and his threads are worth the effort to look up. Like stated above: it's a different world over there at H.A.M.B.

It's way way better then 99-01. Didn't take much to get chastised then. It's a kinder gentler hamb. Look up germ, but also lookup hamb andy. As harsh as it was it was just as nice. Lot of great rides and art have come out of there.


Some real serious folks over there on traditional vehicles. Still some are very much so.

Way i look at it. If you wish a guy to share with you what bolt is correct or how ford did that, you'll get it here. If you want to put a blower on a flathead, you can get it at both. If you want to put a nailhead in a 40s car, best served on the hamb. Although you can get it here, but not really right.

there is a bangers thread for performance A and B motors. Hot rodder s tend to sell stuff that restorers want.
