Drafty doors
Since installing doors panel in my ‘30 coupe, I am getting a draft from the door blowing on my butt. I purchased a strip to help but the only instructions are that it goes between the door and the panel. I pulled the bottom of the panel and I can’t see how to place the seal. A little advice is greatly appreciated.

Re: Drafty doors
Attach it to the bottom of the panel between the door. Also, is the Windlace installed correctly?

Re: Drafty doors
The seal is held in place along the bottom edge of the door trim panel by the bottom door clips. It is sandwiched between the panel and door frame with the lip facing inward.

Re: Drafty doors
Gufshoz, where did you buy the weatherstripping? My '29 coupe has the same problem and I'd like to eliminate that draft. Thanks!

Re: Drafty doors
I bought a roll of deal from Mike's A-fordable. I've been looking through all of my manuals and on the internet. The two above posts have been the most helpful. Thanks.

Re: Drafty doors
Thanks Synchro. That sounds much easier than pulling the panel off again. My car is also a driver. The wife commented on the draft, so a solution is necessary. By the way, we're going to be visiting Australia next month. It's all packaged, and I'm sorry that Melbourne isn't on the itinerary.
