Managed to get in a short drive with the Merc one evening this week. Nice sunset over the yard. That 53 fender with the stainless strip looks a little out of place on the 52 but at least it does not have any rust holes in it. Hood too.

I don't think the stainless strip looks out of place. You just need to end it on the door.
