Default Ospho bath for rusted parts

Here is the ospho bath I made to derust my upper rear hatch for my 49 woodie. The ospho worked great to get rid of the moderate rust. I first tried to use generic evaporust but it didn't work as well.

I did something similar with some brake parts but sealed up the pipe as I was afraid the Ospho would evaporate. Did you lose much to evaporation?

Ospho is 57% phosphoric acid. I don't think evaporation would be a problem.
