Default Stock Window Height For '40-'41 Truck?

...I found an old chopped '41 cab, and would like to determine how much it's been cut...thanks

My 40 cab measures windshield center = 13-1/2, door window center = 14, rear window center = 7-1/2. That's with the glass removed. Paul Selfe.
