Default Radiator interchange

Can I use a 37 85 hp radiator to replace a 38 85 hp radiator in a Standard car

Per the Green Book they appear to be interchangeable.

37 radiators are different in that they do not have the attachments for the draft deflectors on each side, but otherwise they will fit.
