Default 1948-1952 Ford F-7/8 parts

Does anyone have or know where I might get the extensions for the front fender/running board area? Book says part numbers are
7Q-16040 and 7Q-16041, I would even take a cardboard pattern.

That piece is easily made, just a 90° bend to bolt to the fender, then mark for the back of the running board, that is it. I mostly use 18 ga. steel, or a piece of donor material.

I would mount the fender and make a template. I wish I could take a pic (we have several
F8s) but this crap box PC won't get pics from the camera all of a sudden. sam

Yeah, Sam I think I might have too do that. It would be nice to find some though. I'd also like to find the battery cover panel, as I found a NOS passenger side running board, but no cover. (1952 year only)
