1939 Ford DeLuxe steering wheel. Excellent restored condition, painted correct factory colors. Very slight blistering of the chrome on the die cast separators on the spokes. No chrome loss, just a bit of roughness. Otherwise the wheel is near perfect. If it does not meet your standards you are welcome to return it. If you feel is was misrepresented I will pay all the shipping. I am seeing junk on ebay for over $200.00. This one is show car ready for $350.00 plus shipping.
