Default LA Roadsters Meet/Show

This is a great meet for the street rod guys but by extension of what happens in the real world, it was great for Model A lovers as well. Got a windshield header trim piece for my S/W sedan that is almost always badly rusted. Only a pinhole at the curb end and I am now set. Since the rodders seldom use Model A chassis parts, the field was open for me. The roadster show part was waaay short on the kind of car that I like but the area where those cars, not good enough for the proud club display, were very interesting in their use of vintage speed parts. Can we say speed on Fordbarn? Just kidding! For a meet well known for extreme high pricing, bargains were abundant to the sharp eye. Those pieces and cars with the silly prices may be more realistic tomorrow. Good Luck: Fred A

Default Also a Sewing Room Grip

Down to one good walking foot Pfaff at home, but this German beauty will do it all if you're not in a hurry. The high needle bar and foot lift slows it down. Good stitching: Fred A
