Suspicious Threads?
it seems like there are a few strange Threads, that look like they might have a Virus, has anyone experienced this? I don't want to open them and get hit.

Re: Suspicious Threads?
I don't believe they are viruses. That particular person has started some threads with a title and no lead in sentence but just a link to a picture. If you hover your mouse over the title of the thread it gives you the link to the picture, which can look like a suspicious link. I think that person should start his threads with some sort of a sentence so as to not alarm anyone.

Re: Suspicious Threads?
Yes??? You guys must be watching too much CNN...but it's true that many of the photos I'm posting a large in size so there could be a slight delay in them opening.

Some of the pictures take a moment to open, be patient. No need to use a link. |

Its not about being snarky, when you don't observe the usual, you tend to want to be careful with all the problems of computers and cell phones these days.

Re: Suspicious Threads?
1929, I wasn't referring to your comments... I was referring to some of the comments by others on various threads started by M2M.

https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showp...81&postcount=2 I always use links as some are on slow/expensive internet connections and they shouldn't have to download the whole giant picture/s every time they go to the thread. |

Re: Suspicious Threads?
M2M,
Why don’t you post all those photos in one thread instead of separately so we don’t have to wade through all the separate posts. Those that want to see photos can do so and those who don’t wont be distracted. David Serrano |

Re: Suspicious Threads?
You want to see threads with pics go over to the HAMB and look for "Antiquated", over 200 pages of just pics, also a Linda Vaugn thread and a Trophy Girl thread.

https://fordbarn.com/forum/search.php?searchid=13192950 Being that you tend to only start threads when natural disasters occur; I hope to see very few, any if, new threads from you moving forward. No news, is good news, when it comes to you here it seems. Sorry that photos of Model As distract you, such as this one: https://fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=271194 or this one: https://fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=271200 or the many Russian Ford photos which many people comment they really enjoy (look at the comments above). Sorry, but you're not the boss here to decide what's distracting and what's not. Or whether photos can be posted here or not. M2M

Re: Suspicious Threads?
What? you don't like posting a different thread for each photo?with cryptic titles? Mama always said "life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get"...oh.and your thread count is down, you better pick it up
