Re: '31 Standard Fordor(160-A)?
I find the door story really intriguing. There is no reference to it in the JS that I can find, nor in DeAngeles' book. That does not mean it didn't exist, it just shows there's more to learn about these cars. Does anyone know how many were made? The handles look similar to 36 Ford.

......Years later, one more payment and it's official. Timing was good actually, as the kids are near grown-up. I should have said long ago, but thank you for the previous comments. Horn under the hood removed, round dome lamp (w/ switch) purchased. Note: car cover purchased years ago was a great investment.

Jordan & Russ Koch are correct it is an early 31 Murray town sedan. very hard to come by. the late 30 and early 31 68B Cabriolet`s uses the same front door latches and remotes. and take it from me, those door latches are very scarce.

Peters 180--It might be a "junk" horn to you but I had an air horn just like it on my 28 roadster pickup and it saved the day many times due to the loudness of it!
