Sorry missed that it was 56'.

If they are all the way up or down or all the way forward or back, you might have to remove the screw jack and move the seat just a little. I have had issues with mine if they are all the way up or down, forward or back, getting them to start again.

You might try starting the engine and increasing the revs to get a higher output from the generator/alternator, then try operating the switch.
