Richard Merlini, in Bolder, CO - good seller!
I posted a want add, on 9/10/20, for metal seat back stops for my 53' Mercury, here on the Ford Barn.
I am looking for the lower metal seat back stops, for my 53' Mercury. Should be the same for Ford. By way of a follow up. I was contacted by e-mail, by Richard Merlini, in Bolder, CO, about my wanted post, on Monday (9/14/20). He sent me a picture of the two sets of NOS stops. We agreed on a price (very reasonable) for a single set, and he sent them the next day, with a tracking number, and they arrived today. In a prior post from 9/20/18, there was question as to who he was and why he requested payment by PayPal (Friends & Family), which by the way was how I paid him. I fully admit, I was a bit uneasy, but he is very reputable, and honest. So if you get a response from him, to an add, my recommendation would be to complete the transaction. https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showt...ichard+merlini They were 67 year old NOS parts, so I cleaned them up a bit. |

So the world is still turning the way it was when I was young and a man's word can still be the truth. It is how it should be and I will sleep well tonight. Fordbarn rocks.

That name seems to ring a bell. I believe I purchased a NOS 1940 generator pulley from this gentleman some time ago. Good to do business with !

I purchased a one year only 1942 radiator air deflector from Richard.
Great transaction.
