Default Model b engine serial number

Just purchased extra engine for my car,
Model B engine serial number on block right above water intake
and on flywheel cover
B 5,335,000 32

also on head say ford usa and large letter C.

Is this a very late engine?

Ford script was added to the four-cylinder head in 1934, but the large letter C is present on all U.S.-made heads from the start of '32 four-cylinder production (to distinguish it from the high compression Model A head which had a large B cast into the top of the head).
