Wink Running of brand new engine!

1931 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan

had to replace the old engine due to bent values and crack in the block and other major issues. Installed the engine and fired it right up.. pulling the old engine was fun but putting in the new engine was a little tricky. Currently rebuilding the rest of car which was restored well over 25 years ago. We welcome your input.

check out the video on youtube.. hope it works!

What's that on the firewall. Doesn't sound like you left any parts out.

it was for the electrical to turn it off and on so I didn't have to take the battery cable off. I replaced it with a fuse now which is located on the starter... haha yeah we made sure we didn't have any left over parts.

Pre-lube the main bearings by putting a quart of oil down the dist. hole just before starting the engine. The rods will be oiled by putting the other 4 quarts in the crankcase in the normal manner.
