Shock Differences
I have a single shock body that is different from the four on the car. This one has a deeper dish around the shaft and the base that connects to car frame is thicker than others. A couple of years ago when speaking with the late Robert Paul he mentioned that late 1931 shocks where beefier than earlier types. I was curious if anyone could shed light on this topic. Thanks

Re: Shock Differences
Look in the Judging Standards. There's a whole tab on shocks with lots of pictures and discussion.
