Open Car Question
I noticed on some Phaeton's and Roadsters they have a vinyl guard on the top section of the doors. What is the correct name for this accessory and who has them for sale?
Thanks Ron |

Door Protector Pad Set This pad is laid over the top edge of the door and fastens into the doors side curtain sockets. It hangs on the inside of the car door panel with steel weights to prevent the cover from flopping. When this is ordered, we need measurements from you to correctly install the fasteners in the pad. On the center of each door socket fastener, measure the distance between the two sockets. 1928-31 Door Protector Pads (Pair) – Black or Tan Vinyl............................................. ..........................$199.00 1928-31 Protector Pads (Pair) – Stayfast... .................................................. ......................................$245.00 1928-31 Protector Pads (Pair) – T-14 Mossy Green/Olive Drab ...................$300.00 Not sure about the other suppliers.
