Default Getting my creation to go 1.5 to 3 MPH

I've built a miniature tractor, the size of a large lawnmower, for my father to putz around in at tractor shows, it has a John Deere LUC 2 cylinder motor coupled to a 3-speed model A transmission and axle.
This thing is way to fast, I've learned that a Model A goes 10 MPH in first gear, I need to get the speed down to 1.5 to 3 MPH and it does not need to go any faster than that.
Is there any kind of creeper gear I can install in the transmission or a different ring gear in the rear end, I've recently heard about a Warford underdrive, would that work, would I even be able to find one. My other thought would be to add a gear reducer or transfer case between the transmission and axle or just replace the axle with a gear reducer, but that seems like a ton of work.
Anyone have any thoughts or ideas on how to make this work.

Your help is greatly appreciated,

How about a block of wood under the accelerator pedal?

What Randy said. The 4-speed is 6.4:1 in low gear and the 3-speed is 3.12:1.

That's a great idea. With the speeds you want just leave the second one in first gear. No shifter needed.

There were some 4.56 and 4.88 gear sets made for use with Economy tractors that used Model-A rear axles.

TT or AA truck axles were favored for doodlebugs as well as a combination of two transmissions for ones used as tractors in order to get the underdrive affect. Some just used the AA 4-speed transmission.

The little LUC engine is around 16 HP but John Deere did use them in the small model LA tractor with a draw bar rating of 10 HP. The engine was also used for industrial applications and for non pto versions of the model 12A combines.

Jim Brierley, the picture shown is as far as I've gotten so far.
If I get an AA 4-speed transmission is that a direct fit or would I need other parts as well?
I post a wanted ad and see what I can get.

Thanks much for all the input
