Darryl, Ontario Plant also used ''F'' [ Ford City']. I think there is a difference in letter & numbers size between US & Canada, also the production numbers for any Canadian body style are a lot lower than in US production. I think we have had this discussion before?

Sounds like you have a late 30 - early 31 then. Unfortunately, that's probably as close of a guess as you will ever get to make. I would make it a 31. Rarest of the standard phaetons plus if you ever needed to, the front fenders and running boards are so much easier to change on a 31.

ok I think I misunderstood what I read the front door has 2 bolt rear has 3 bolt so it is a 30

One other question is the long hinge in front go on top or bottom got rear doors on front don't want to line up right

Thanks for the reminder about the Ontario Plant production of Canadian Bodies, this probably explains why the Canadian Phaeton Body Number stamps are located in the "Wrong" area.

Not standing by my car now but I think it's long hinge on bottom. There's also a left and right hinge. Look for a capital L or R on each hinge.
