Default Looking for 1939 Ford Deluxe cardboard door panels

Does anyone reproduce these or should they be made from scratch. If so what is the best material to use.

Thank You!

Easily made up from flexible fibreboard.
Any upholsterer shop should have it.

The only thing I have used to make from scratch is 1/8" luan plywood, available from Home Depot as well as other sources.

I've always used luan. Just make sure the grain is going the right direction for any curve in your panel.
