‘35 window crank knob removal?
I’m working on the interior of my 5W and would like to pull off these ivory knobs and clean up the arms. How do you get the knobs off? Do I need to drill out the pins from the back? I see these pins are available from 3rd Gen so I’m guessing they get destroyed in the process. Thanks.

You should be able to drive the pins out with a proper size punch. The pins should be re-usable if you don't lose them.

I've levered them off with two little screwdrivers, one each side. They're simply pushed onto the splines on the pins.
You didn't say, but I'm assuming you mean the ivory knobs on the window winder arms.

Yep, the ivory knobs. Thanks. I'll do the levering off. I really want to save the originals.
