Default Does anyone want money to but a fleet of Model A's

I thought I would share my good fortune in this holiday season. I just received a formal looking cashiers check for $4600 to assist me in paying for the fees and processing charges to receive $250,000 from GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES.
I just have to mail $4000 to them.
Do you think its legit?
If so I can forward it TO YOU to get rich.
Happy New Year

Turn it into the post office as a scam. They then send them to the proper authorities.

I bet that cashiers check isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Just for HaHa's, try and cash it.

If they were smart, they would ask for 400 in fees and processing, and more people would jump at that. Everybody except a complete moron would know it does not cost 4000 to process anything.

I have inherited 500,000 from my sultan uncle and need to get it out of the country. I will give you 50,000 if you will help. Just send me 10,000 to pay the authorities and i will send you the balance.

P T Barnum said "a fool and his money are soon parted". He also said" there is a sucker born every minute". I dont think he was referring to piglets.

I like the IRS scam, theDell Computer virus scam, the phone call, your son, brother or father was in an accident and cant speak, and the now new one, we have to update your blue cross blue shield insurance. The calls are all from India, I play along with them for about 30 minutes.

Had one several years ago that said after I paid the transfer fee or something like that I would get an ATM card with a 2 million dollar balance that I could use to withdraw the funds. Lets see... at a $250.00 a day limit on ATM withdrawals it would take me just about 22 years to get it all out.

When you receive the $250,000: I would consider selling my fleet of (5) Model A's, may throw in some spare parts too. We can discuss delivery! . Jeff

I advertised a six figure car on Hemmings and got a response from a person with a middle eastern surname. Sent a very sarcastic email saying that the extra cash would be in a brown paper bag under the spare.

Received a terse email back that they were serious and asked me to pick up the buyer and agent at the Durango airport.

Sold the car and apologized profusely.

You just never know.

I advertised a 30 Roadster on Craig’s list in July 2012. I was contacted by an interested party in NY who wanted to buy the vehicle. I played him a while and he stated that he purchased vehicles and shipped them to Europe. I asked him to give me the name and phone numbers of the last 7 vehicles he purchased. He sent me the info and I contacted 6 of the individuals and the guy was straight up, he will via wire transfer deposit $1,000 within in 24 hours the remainder in 7 days and a carrier will arrive on a set date to transport the vehicle.

I sent him my routing number and account number after confirming with my credit union that they could deposit and not withdraw, he made the deposits via wire transfer. I sent him a bill of sale and put the signed title in the vehicle.

I got my $$$ and he had a carrier pick up the roadster who transported it to CA for shipping to France.
