Default Model A motors

City: Newfields
State: NH
Price: 150+

I have two Model A motors that I need to get out of my garage.
One is completely apart, was from a truck and significantly worn out.
The other came out of my A and is solidly stuck most likely because there was a head gasket issue in the 60’s and it sat in a barn until about 5 years ago.
There is one bell housing and flywheel/clutch assembly.

Complete disclosure - when I got the Town Sedan from my family I couldn’t get the motor unstuck so I purchased the truck motor and asked my engine builder to refresh it. He told me that he had access to a motor that had been rebuilt 10 years ago with a good flywheel and never run that would cost less than rebuilding the truck motor, so I went with it and got a new clutch assembly

I suspect that at least one crank shaft and cam is OK. The bell housing is good and the the flywheel can be surfaced there are two heads

Bottom line. I’d like to get $150 and a bottle of Pinot noir for for the pile.

Someone?
There has to be good parts - like non rubbing stuff (bell-housing,etc.) - and the blocks, cranks, etc. might be salvageable. The stuck one is most likely stuck in the valve train.

I’d hate to send them to the scrapper.
