The only foam rubber involved is at the top with a slight upside down U shape that the top edge of the glass fits into when the window is closed. It is the same thing as is used at the top of the door glass (and quarter windows in sedans) and readily available as an accurate reproduction in various lengths. It was originally glued in place.

Is there anything along the bottom between the glass and body window frame?

no, water runs down into the drain pan, no lip on the rubber that the glass sets in. dont be a dumb bell like me and set the side channels too close to the wood frame so the garnish molding wont seat against the wood. had to do it twice at my house
