Default 40 ford cpe

Looking for a how to adjustment on the shocks going to help a friend of mine get his adjusted the shocks have been rebuilt and work good

Looking at the face of the shock you'll note a small rectangular metal piece at the very center. That turns with a small wrench. Turning it clockwise makes the shock stiffer.
Counter-clockwise makes it looser - more "bounce".

I am not aware of any easy method to determine when "enough is enough" on the adjustment other than to test drive and readjust as you feel may be necessary.

I find the shocks to be quite good and the adjustments are very effective. I followed the recommendations given.
