Re: 35 spoke rim run out
Try your local truck repair shop, if you can find one, to have the wheels & tires balanced on the car. I personally use the beads. I had a repair shop balance the front wheels on my F-500 as it had the death wobble at times & speeds. That didn't help so went to a tire shop to have the tires replaced. HUH !!! can you believe one rim was bent pretty bad & just by luck they had one out back in the weeds. Put it one & cured my problem.

Re: 35 spoke rim run out
Update on the 35 not rideing smooth, removed front wheels and the hubs were smooth, had never noticed before,!! Had made a couple rings thinking I might need them a few days ago so installed them along with checking the balance on tires.
I had the front tires balance on a modern machine about 6 months ago ,,,checked them on my bubble machine and they showed perfect so guess the bubble balancer is pretty close Will give it I drive after rain stops

Re: 35 spoke rim run out
Sheldon, there is also a problem with putting '32 to '35 Ford wire spoke wheels on '40 to '48 style drums/hubs. I have several early Ford wire wheels that were ruined by someone installing them on 40 to 48 drums without supporting spacer rings in place.
