40 Ford 1 Tonner
I have these flat head screws on the front "A" and "B" Pillars. It must have been knocked in with a hammer. There are no means to remove them. Did they perhaps held some sort of molding in place?

Re: 40 Ford 1 Tonner
probably "drive screws" not really a screw but a hardened nail use to hold the welting for door, etc. you can remove them by gripping with a pair of locking pliers and turn to left, they will "unscrew". the guys on the assembly line must have had strong arms to be able to drive these in with a hammer!
