Gold Model A Fordor
Can be seen (and purchased) at http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/cto/4393591156.html
Showing on the Boston Craigslist but apparently based in North Carolina. Gold is good, but for jewelry doesn't it tend to make you look older? Joe K

A little pricey for me, but then again it's not my cup of tea.

Re: Gold Model A Fordor
Ironically the gold plating adds no intrinsic value to the car. The gold in gold plating is put on very thin. There might be $5 worth of actual gold used to do that plating.

If true, is the procedure the same as for nickel plating? If so this might be the cheaper option.
