Phil,
I'll be packing a flathead starter, tools, and coveralls. If I bring all this stuff we won't need it. Looks like the 47 is the car of choice this time. See you next week, Chuck & Kathie.

I'm not the most organized but I have some space and tools in Grantville if anyone needs anything while nearby.

I'll be sure to have an extra distributor, windshield wiper blade & arm, and some graphite filled lube for speedo cable. They were they only things I had problems with on a 7,000 ÷ mile road trip/tour in June.

But, John, you fixed all that stuff on your journey. What are ya gonna do if something else is a problem?

See you all next week.

Sounds good Jeff! I was hoping you could get at least two days, now you have four for the whole tour. We won't have lobstah and stock cahs but it sounds like Phil has plenty of fun stuff lined up for us.

Thumbs down Re: Fall tour

Howdy Phil and everyone else, I'm driving up on Wed. AM, wake-up fourish. Running wingman for JM35. Scheduled arrival 11am. (Fingers crossed.)

Shake down cruise went well today.

-VT-Jeff

PS Having JM35 nearby is almost like rolling with a full size Snap-On box. Bless his heart and kidneys, and files, and drills, and bolts, and wrenches!

Fine vittles at Youngs Lobster Pound in... well way up north in Maine. Oh yeah, Belfast Maine. Don't go through there without stopping at Youngs!

Jeff, those '35 Ford shirts are designed to be worn while broadsliding!

I've got myself one of them stock cahs sitting in the garage!

Zach,
Nice looking stock car, the only thing I see that's wrong is, it's to clean. We sure had a blast up in Maine driving some of the Fantasy Speedway cars. These tours are soooo much fun, hope we see you next week. Chuck S.

Hello All, I'm fixin' to have too much fun here in the next few days. Worst case I have to hire a car to get my trailer rig to rescue me. Otherwise I'm on tap for FOUR days of FordBarn camaraderie and fun <see earlier photo of a dirt track car, and great grub>.

Ready with Long John's (undies), gloves, hats, rain gear. I really hope we have great weather. But I know we will have great fun!

Alarm set for 3:20 AM. Wahooo! Beer, Trains, Poets, hills, breakdowns, all ahead!

It's not a Ford Barn tour without a road side repair. This time Jeff H. Gets to swap out a fuel pump.

After Jeff got squared away we headed out to Yuengling Brewery for their tour. The one hour drive took us through PA coal mining country.
The brewery is unique as it is built on a hill side. The original fermenting and product store room were dug into the hill from street level

Yes. That is JM.

The tunneled rooms.

The crew in the tasting room. Really, we only had a taste.
