Default plug connector fit/length

I notice the fit on the plug connector to spark plugs are not snug? Are there different lengths?

Yes, but repros are different length than originals. Is that what the issue is?

Looks good to me. You don't need a super tight fit. If you have a little upwards tension to hold them against the distributor contact all is good. I don't care for the longer wires that makes if necessary to put fairly sharp bends in the wires.

Mine from Berts are too short also...they barely reach. They're a lot shorter than the setup Brum1 has. I'm using Gambles Tiger take apart plugs.

Yes, I have seen a lot of the type that BillCNC is running; would seem to make a better connection; better performance? What does the correct(original) length look like assembled?

Besides the right length, the connectors have to be the right material. You want bronze like in post 5 not brass. Bronze is springy for a firmer connection.

When Minervas' distributed body "farted" out sparks to #3, I made a HIGH looped wire, from a single strand of woven clothes line wire & ran it a MONTH, that way! It was FUNNY, the wire was almost INVISABLE!!
Model As ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GREAT FUN FOR IDIOTS LIKE ME---LOL---It's "ALMOST" a substitute for SEX!!!
