This rust removal device was posted some time ago here on Fordbarn. I think it was determined that it only removes surface rust, not heavy rust like sandblasting does. I have found that most model A rust is not just surface rust. I think the device was pretty expensive.

Yes, I too recall it being here before and the limitations mentioned by WRNDLN. Never the less, for surface rust like on panels and paint removal, it should be a good thing.
