these two pictures are driving me nuts. I know they're not great pics, but I can't stop looking at them. the small one is a avatar pic from the hamb, so it was tiny. i'm trying to find more of these, and bigger.

Use Google or any other search engine to do an image search.

Mine works on Firefox.
While on Firefox just search Yahoo or Google or Dogpile or any other search engine that has image search.

i'm trying not to "go there" as the kids say. I did explained it awhile back in a thread I started if you still want to know, you can find it. this thread is about my lust for those two 36's above, and the quest for more pics. the one IN the garage is the one from the hamb. it doesn't enlarge well at all. pixelates very bad. as far as the hamb is concerned, at least I can still look around, when I was first banned, it gave a message reminding me that I was banned. when they revamped the site, that went away.

I sure am glad that I did not chop my '36 coupe in 1952 like I had planed. My best friend saved me the trouble, he bought a marron 3 window that was chopped... Yuck.. Maybe it's the white paint on the one that is a part of this thread, white never did look good on just about any '30 model car.

In my book, there are two cars that should never be chopped : '36 3-windows and "shoebox" coupes. On the other hand, I believe any customized "shoebox" two door sedan MUST be chopped.

Years ago I wanted a chopped car. My friend says "Put a piece of 4 inch masking tape across the top of the windshield and try driving it for a while. That will make your decision for you." Also chopped cars are not for people taller than 5'8" and Fat.

here's a 30 coupe I built a while back, and chopping it was a consideration, but i'm so glad I didn't do it. even with the car UN-chopped,every red light found me hunched over trying to see the light turn green. plus I just don't like the door metal to glass ratio. as far as the white 36 with skirts, it doesn't do it for me. it's got to be a hot rod. my new 36 project will be in the style of the two photos at the top of the thread. no disrespect to the white 36 3-window.
