Default -38-39 torktube with midbearing

Is it posseble to replace the seal in the front(narrow)end of a torktube with a bearing in the middle,without remove the bearing.???If not,how do i remove it and put it back without destroing it?

The seal comes out from the transmission side (narrow end). You must first remove the roller bearing race to remove the seal and then with a long rod it taps right out.
